草莓煉奶布丁~電鍋版『鷹牌煉奶』
奶香濃郁的煉乳布丁滑嫩又可口,用電鍋15分鐘就可輕易完成,自己動手真材實料最安心!

全脂鮮奶360cc
雞蛋3顆
香草精少許
鷹牌煉奶4~5大匙

2 鮮奶加入煉奶及香草精(可省略),加熱至煉奶溶化即關火,牛奶不能煮到滾唷!

3 雞蛋打散過篩,徐徐倒入牛奶拌勻(不可一下全倒入,會變成蛋花)

4 將布丁液倒入容器中包上鋁泊紙放入電鍋,外鍋放0.7~1杯水(視布丁的量及容器深淺而定),鍋蓋與鍋身缝隙放一根筷子,按下開關跳起後拿出布丁放涼.
